meet chocolatier George Tsoukatos

With over 100 years of a chocolate making tradition passed down from generation to generation, Chocolatier George Tsoukatos handcrafts each individual piece of chocolate. He has been to Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and France to refine the art of chocolate making and takes great pride in his work. George is committed to using only the highest quality ingredients and strives for excellence through creativity.
George is not only a master chocolatier, but he is also one of the few people left that hand rolls candy canes! George donated an eight foot candy cane to President Carter's daughter, Amy Carter, which he personally delivered to the White House.
On any given day, you might find George cutting a batch of caramel to dip in chocolate, spreading peanut brittle or cooking nougat. Visit his kitchen and he proudly announces, “One bite and you will be hooked!”
Zoë’s Chocolate Co. ships his sweets all over the world. To date, George’s chocolates have been enjoyed as far away as New Zealand and Brazil!
George’s passion and experience has truly transformed this profession into art.
