Persephone’s Pomegranate: Naturally sweet, red & juicy pomegranate blended into a dark chocolate ganache.
Dionysus Baklava: Creamed Greek honey combined with roasted walnuts and baklava spice, dipped in chocolate, and rolled in a blend of nuts & spice.
Golden Honeycomb: Crispy, yet light and airy, made of spun honey and visually evocative of honeycomb, and enrobed in dark chocolate.
Lemon Wall: Feulletine, a light crispy crushed crepe, gently blended with lemon & spice and formed into a charming rocher.
Caffe: Dark chocolate ganache infused with freshly roasted Greek blend coffee beans enrobed in creamy milk chocolate.
