Mediterranean Inspired Chocolates

Persephone’s Pomegranate : Naturally sweet, red & juicy pomegranate blended into a dark chocolate ganache.

Dionysus Baklava : Creamy Greek honey combined with roasted walnuts and baklava spice, dipped in chocolate, and rolled in a blend of nuts & spice.

Golden Honeycomb : Crispy, yet light and airy, made of spun honey and visually evocative of honeycomb, and enrobed in dark chocolate.

Caffe : Dark chocolate ganache infused with freshly roasted Greek blend coffee beans enrobed in creamy milk chocolate.

Orange Flower : Exotic, rare Mediterranean orange blossom oil, candied orange peel and fresh orange zest in a dark chocolate ganache.

Mint : Dairy fresh cream infused with our own garden-grown chocolate mint leaves and blended into a dark chocolate ganache.

Tahini : Pure sesame puree, milk chocolate and bits of sesame brittle enrobed in dark chocolate.

Aegean Pistachio : Beautifully naturally vivid green Mediterranean pistachios ground to a fine paste and mixed into a white chocolate ganache, flavored with a hint of Tahitian vanilla & almond.

Mediterranean Citrus: White chocolate ganache infused with a sweet Mediterranean citrus topped in dark chocolate.

Black Raspberry: White chocolate ganache blended with locally grown preserved black raspberries and topped in a rich dark chocolate.

Chestnut: A smooth, lush blend of both semisweet and bittersweet dark chocolate, roasted chestnuts, and a hint of cognac, enrobed in dark chocolate.

Dark Cacao Nib Ganache: A chocolate lover's dream, this creamy, soft dark chocolate ganache is accented with a touch of cognac, enhancing that dark chocolate flavor. Enrobed in more dark chocolate, the top is then sprinkled with roasted cacao nibs, adding a slight crunch and  the essence of dark chocolate flavor.

Black Daphne Chocolate: A soft, rich dark chocolate ganache flavored with the famous Mavrodaphne wine from the Peleponnese in Greece.  This rich, sweet wine, reminiscent of port, infuses the chocolate with flavors of dried fruit and cinnamon.  Delicate, yet full-bodied.

Caramel Collection

Apple Pie : Fresh, local apples cooked to perfection with apple pie spices and combined with caramel and roasted pecans.

Spiced Pear Walnut : We cook pears with a hint of seasonal spices and combine them with lightly salted smooth caramel and roasted walnuts and cover in dark chocolate.

Fleur de Sel Liquid Caramel : Dark chocolate surrounds a perfectly cooked salted liquid caramel.

Pinot Noir Infused Fleur de Sel Milk Chocolate Caramel: A bit of creamy milk chocolate is mixed with our liquid caramel and mplified to a delicious intensity.  The caramel is enrobed in smooth dark chocolate.  Fleur de sel, infused with pinot noir, adds a subtle, fruity taste & pretty pink color to the world's best sea salt.  The sea salt is sprinkled on the dark chocolate. 

Chewy Sea Salt Caramels: Zoe's original. Chewy, slow-cooked rich caramel enrobed in milk or dark chocolate and sprinkled with Fleur de Sel.

Chewy Chocolate Caramel: Rich deep dark chocolate caramel, coated in milk or dark chocolate and sprinkled with Fleur de Sel and duch cocoa powder.
